Responsibilities

  • Provide essential clinical services to patients, including immunizations and medication therapy management interventions, ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  • Engage proactively with customers and patients, offering assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a consistently positive experience.
  • Champion best practices in customer service, inspiring team members to deliver distinctive and delightful interactions.
  • Cultivate strong patient relationships by anticipating needs and proactively offering a range of healthcare services, such as patient consultations, medication management, and drug therapy reviews.
  • Support the strategic shift towards an interpersonal pharmacy model by focusing on wellness services, including immunizations, flu shots, and diabetes awareness programs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of operational excellence, including the diligent application of dispensing policies in compliance with all relevant laws.
  • Maintain continuous professional development by staying current with pharmacy and healthcare advancements through industry publications and company communications.
  • Pursue and obtain necessary certifications, educational credits, and internal training to enhance performance and expertise.

Requirements

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis (C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position).
  • Have a current and valid Pharmacist’s License in good standing in the state where services are rendered.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in good standing.
  • Certified Immunizer status.

Schedule

5 days/week from 5:45 PM – 1:45 AM (scheduled days will vary, but will be consistent throughout the assignment).
