About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. This is a per diem, 0.01 FTE, variable shift position located onsite at Providence Valdez Medical Center in Valdez, AK.
