Know Your Rights: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2022-10/EEOC_KnowYourRights_screen_reader_10_20.pdf We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe from "What The Team Is Looking For" and overview?), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Required and Preferred), Skills (maybe communication skills etc), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove EEO boilerplate, application instructions (none), navigation, cookie, legal. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's structure:

About the role

... content from Overview Department... What The Team Is Looking For ... maybe combine. Overview: Department: Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy Services; Schedule: Full Time Days 7:30a-4p Mon-Fri- 100% onsite; Facility: Prime Healthcare SFIL Olympia Fields Hospital; Location: Olympia Fields, IL 60461. What The Team Is Looking For: Highly collaborative environment working directly with oncologists and oncology fellows to advance patient care; Community teaching hospital with educational opportunities for medical residents and fellows; Opportunities to contribute to oncology care advancement through oncology pharmacy collaborative across the region (BCOP, Board Certified in Oncology Pharmacy). We can put that in a paragraph. Responsibilities: The Oncology/Infusion Clinical Pharmacist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services... (the long paragraph). We'll keep as

maybe break into

  • for list of duties? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities paragraph includes many duties but not explicitly a list; we could keep as paragraph. However we could split into list items for clarity but must preserve all info; we can convert sentences into list items. Safer to keep as

because not explicit list. But instruction says use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we don't have a list, we can use

. The responsibilities text is not a list; it's prose. So

. Qualifications: We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into a

        • list. But we need to preserve all info. We'll create a
with items for each required and preferred. Might be long but okay. Skills: Could extract communication skills, customer service skills, etc. But those are already in qualifications. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can have a Skills section for "Strong verbal and written communication skills", "Strong customer service skills", "Proficiency in Epic Beacon or similar EMR systems". But those are also in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we combine qualifications and skills into one section Qualifications (including skills). The instruction says we can have sections for Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Qualifications (required/preferred). We have content for Benefits (benefits package). We have content for Pay (compensation range). We have content for Schedule (Full Time Days 7:30a-4p Mon-Fri- 100% onsite). We have content for About the role (overview). Responsibilities we have. Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills not needed as separate because covered in Qualifications. But we could still include Skills if we want; but we must not create empty sections. If we include Skills, we need content. We could extract communication and customer service skills as skills. But they'd duplicate qualifications. Might be okay but risk of duplication. Better to not create Skills section to avoid duplication and keep fewer sections. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to format. About the role: combine overview and what team looking for. Let's craft paragraph: "Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy Services department at Prime Healthcare SFIL Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL 60461. The team seeks a highly collaborative environment working directly with oncologists and oncology fellows to advance patient care, within a community teaching hospital offering educational opportunities for medical residents and fellows, and opportunities to contribute to oncology care advancement through regional oncology pharmacy collaborative (including BCOP certification)." We'll keep as

. Responsibilities: copy the paragraph exactly as given (maybe trim extra spaces). We'll keep as

            . Qualifications: We'll create

            • for each bullet. Required Qualifications: - Current state Registered Pharmacist License. - B.S. degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required. - Completion of postgraduate clinical training (PGY-1) or more than three years of clinical pharmacy with experience in infusion/oncology required. - BLS required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills required. - Strong customer service skills required. We'll put all in one
maybe with headings? But we can't add extra headings inside
. We'll just list all items. Benefits: from Pay Transparency paragraph: "Saint Francis Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options." Also later: "The company is dedicated to empowering its staff with a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, allowing them the freedom to customize their benefits to fit their unique needs. Our abundant resources, programs, and voluntary options serve as a foundation for individual growth and well-being." We'll combine. We'll put as
                  • items: paid time off, 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, many more voluntary benefit options. Also mention flexibility to tailor benefits. We'll keep as

maybe but it's a list; we can use

. Pay: The compensation estimate: "$112,320.00 to $151,174.40 on an annualized basis." Also mention exact starting compensation determined etc. We'll include as

. Schedule: "Full Time Days 7:30a-4p Mon-Fri- 100% onsite". Also earlier: "Employment Status Full Time Shift Days". We'll combine: Full Time, Days, 7:30a-4p Monday-Friday, 100% onsite. We'll output as

. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, Learn more here link (maybe considered benefits link? It's a link to benefits; could be considered part of benefits but it's a link; we might keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate,
