Responsibilities
- Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness
- Ensure timely medication preparation and delivery
- Counsel patients on medication use

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BSc in Pharmacy
- Valid state license
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws
- Strong communication and management skills
- Preferred experience in healthcare systems, board certification, or residency
