Clinical Pharmacist Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Clinical Pharmacist Lead to support safe medication use organization-wide through strong clinical knowledge and teamwork. This role offers the chance to impact patient care through clinical excellence, policy development, and team collaboration in a high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Verifying medication orders and collaborating with nursing staff
• Managing inventory, medication preparation, and Pyxis refills
• Supporting medication delivery, patient counseling, and prior authorizations
• Participating in REMS programs and departmental committees
• Contributing to workflow optimization, policy development, and patient safety initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate and residency preferred
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience of less than 2 years
• Licenses including RPh and Medication Therapy Services in MO
