Pharmacist Clinical

Role: Clinical Pharmacist responsible for delivering patient-centered medication management within a healthcare system. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify medication orders, perform clinical pharmacokinetic dosing, monitor for drug interactions and adverse effects, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize therapy. Additional Duties: Educate patients and staff, support formulary and stewardship initiatives, and uphold the organization’s mission of compassionate, high-quality care. Qualifications & Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacology, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to perform clinical assessments, and commitment to patient safety and education.
