Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient Abdominal Transplant MGH

Job Summary

We are offering a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000.00 to welcome you to our team. The agreement includes a 12-month work commitment, with half the payment distributed after 90 days of hire and the remaining 50% at one year of hire. The agreement authorizes repayment if the work commitment is not fulfilled. No eligibility for internal transfers, individuals who have already accepted offers or internal employees of Mass General Brigham system are excluded from this offer.

Qualifications

• Eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Board Certification by examination, or equivalent certification, in the relevant specialty is preferred, required within 18 months of hiring
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 Internal Medicine or Transplant Pharmacy Residency or Fellowship preferred, or equivalent experience
• Experience working as a pharmacist for 2-3 years preferred
