About the role

This pharmacist position involves delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care by developing, recommending, and monitoring evidence‑based pharmacotherapy plans to optimize patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medication management and interpret physician orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required); Doctoral Degree (preferred).
