Responsibilities
- Completes verification of prescription orders during prescription fulfillment process.
- Supervises pharmacy technicians and other support staff during course of daily activities.
- Assists in the development and execution of quality and production standards in the fulfillment area.
- Creates and conducts staff training for new processes/process changes.
- Participates in regular meetings with leadership to discuss staff needs and accomplishments.
- Performs fulfillment pharmacist duties during on-call hours on a rotating basis; on-call duties may involve transporting products to and from Panther facilities.
- Handles additional projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist Licensure for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Active and valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- 5 years as a practicing, licensed pharmacist.
- 2-4 years of specialty pharmacy experience.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
