Clinical Pharmacist - Day & Evenings

Position Highlights

The position is for a Clinical Pharmacist at Edward Hospital, Naperville. It is a part-time role, offering 20 hours per week with flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

What You Will Need

• Education: Pharm D. from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy (Preferred)
• Clinical residency with a minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy practice experience required, or
• Minimum five years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist License, Current CPR Certification, and Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification

What You Will Do

Responsible for assisting in the coordination of clinical pharmacy services to ensure optimal clinical pharmacy services on a daily basis. Assists in the development of new pharmacy services and clinical workflows. Facilitates staff education and development to ensure competency. Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel to ensure clinical programs are maintained. Follows established policies, procedures, protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements in executing job responsibilities. Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies.

Schedule

Hours: Flexible Mon-Fri, Day & Evening shifts with rotating weekends & Holidays (7:00am - 3:30pm, 12:00pm-8:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, 3:00pm- 11:30pm)

Pay

The hourly pay range is $58.00 - $89.90, determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
