About the role
This position provides a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards. Demonstrates an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.

Requirements
- Required Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Required Licensure and Certifications: BLS-CPR, Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works
- Preferred Licensure and Certifications: ACLS
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training: Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Services; knowledgeable and skilled in current practice concepts of pharmacy practice settings; strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards; strong project management skills; good strategic planning skills; strong change management skills; must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust; and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.

Pay
The posted compensation range of $58.83 - $94.20 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
