• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
• Education specialization: Pharmacy
• Preferred Doctorate in Pharmacy
• Required Credential: Pharmacist - State of Florida
• Experience: PRN, Exempt, Shift 4 (Varies), Shift 1 (Days), Shift 2 (Evenings), Shift 3 (Nights), Shift 4 (Varies), Occasional On Call
