Clinical Outreach Representative (Remote)

Position Summary

A Clinical Outreach Representative is responsible for marketing efforts in a specific region as assigned by the Regional Director of Clinical Outreach. They are tasked with increasing awareness of Discovery Behavioral Health and driving admissions.

Essential Job Functions

• Create and execute regional strategic marketing plans aimed at increasing referrals and admissions.
• Demonstrate measurable growth and revenue annually.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals including hospitals, other treatment programs, private practice professionals, and other relevant professionals.
• Maintain activity levels equivalent to 85 field meetings including 5 onsite tours, 3 in-services per month or as assigned.
• Contribute to referral and admissions prospects goals as identified by the Regional Director.
• Add new contacts into the Sales Force database and update accounts as necessary.
• Log all activities and events in the Sales Force daily and ensure all records are updated by the end of the work week.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral and identify new opportunities for marketing efforts such as direct mail, online, and community-based initiatives.
• Facilitate and support communication between different departments and external referral sources.
• Work independently and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Contribute meaningfully to the behavioral health field and keep up-to-date with industry changes.

Knowledge, Education, Experience

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
• At least three years of experience working in direct outreach or clinical experience in the mental health field.

Compensation

Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000/annually
