Clinical or Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor of Physical Therapy (Pediatric Emphasis)

The Carroll University Physical Therapy program is seeking a Clinical or Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor for a 9 or 12-month appointment starting August 24, 2026.

Areas of clinical, teaching, and/or scholarship expertise preferred but not required include: pediatrics, neuroscience, exercise physiology, professional practice, or patient management skills.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a physical therapist
• Clinical doctoral degree required
• Minimum of 3 years professional clinical experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred qualifications include a terminal academic degree (PhD, EdD, DPT, DSc, or equivalent) in an appropriate area of specialization and postsecondary level teaching experience

Candidates should submit a cover letter, CV, and examples of teaching effectiveness. If available, past course evaluations demonstrating teaching effectiveness should be included. In lieu of course evaluations, a letter from the candidate’s current supervisor attesting to their skills in the classroom environment can be submitted.
