Clinical Operations Supervisor – Med Surg

Role Overview: The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize resources, manage patient flow, and ensure proper staffing. Key Responsibilities: Model professional standards, inspire a shared vision, and promote positive change through mentorship and servant leadership. They hold staff accountable, evaluate performance with the Clinical Manager, and participate in process improvements to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a graduate from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, 3-5 years hospital experience, and relevant certifications like AHA Healthcare Provider card, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical competence, and data assessment skills. A bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Key Duties: Oversee patient care, coordinate staffing, support staff development, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
