They ensure efficient resource utilization, collaborate with administrative teams, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes, and maintain appropriate staffing levels. They proactively manage patient flow and bed assignments, inspire a shared vision, and model professional standards with enthusiasm for change.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
