Clinical Operations Supervisor - Cardiac Monitoring (In Person)

What You Will Do

• Lead and support ECG Technicians in a high volume cardiac monitoring environment
• Assist with daily workflow management and operational oversight
• Provide hands on training, coaching, and mentorship to team members
• Assist with performance feedback, development, and department metrics
• Interpret ambulatory ECG rhythm strips accurately and independently
• Create high quality physician ready arrhythmia reports using proprietary software
• Communicate professionally with physicians, patients, internal teams, and vendors
• Maintain clinical certifications and uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity
• Support departmental goals while helping drive operational efficiency and team success

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma required
• Successful completion of a basic ECG course
• Ability to independently interpret ECG rhythm strips
• Minimum Of 1 Year Of Healthcare Experience
• CCT certification required within 90 days of hire
• Certified Cardiovascular Technician (CCT), EMT-B, EMT-P, or RN preferred
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
