Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality metrics, and resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports through coaching and performance management.

• Prepare study status reports and participate in project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
• An equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical research experience may also be considered.
• Significant experience in clinical operations, clinical monitoring, data management, or related clinical research functions.
• A strong understanding of global clinical trial processes.
• Experience leading teams and managing project delivery.
• A knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global project teams.
