Clinical Nursing Manager
for each section present: About the role? The posting includes "Job Summary and Responsibilities" and then "Responsibilities". Also "Job Requirements" with Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. Also "Where You'll Work". Also "Pay Range". Also mention incentive and relocation: "THIS JOB OFFERS BOTH AN INCENTIVE AND RELOCATION: We are offering a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements." That could be a Benefits section? It's a sign-on bonus and relocation. So we can include Benefits section with that info.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- Job Summary and Responsibilities: could be "About the role". We'll put that as About the role
with prose summarizing the summary.
- Responsibilities: list bullet points.
- Requirements: could be Requirements
with subpoints? But we can combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate if needed. But we need to avoid thin sections. We have both required and preferred qualifications; we could put them under Requirements (or Qualifications). Let's decide: Use Requirements
for required qualifications (education, experience, licensure, certifications, competencies). Then maybe Preferred Qualifications
as a subheading? But we only allowed those specific headings; "Preferred Qualifications" is not in list. Could fold into Requirements or Qualifications. Perhaps better to have Qualifications
containing both required and preferred. But we also have Required Qualifications heading in text. We could treat that as content under Qualifications.
We also have "Where You'll Work" which could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the organization". Not in list. Could fold into About the role.
We have Pay Range: we can make Pay
with the range.
We have incentive and relocation: could be Benefits: Benefits
with sign-on bonus and relocation.
We have no schedule info, so omit Schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
We must preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract details.
Job Summary and Responsibilities paragraph:

We'll put that asunder About the role. Responsibilities bullet list: - Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of staff management, including interviewing, hiring, orienting, promoting, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions, fostering a high-performing and engaged surgical team. - Allocate and direct staffing needs across the Operating Room to meet surgical volume and emergency procedure demands, collaborating effectively to ensure optimal staffing levels, efficient turnover times, and resource utilization. - Manage unit performance by setting clear goals, clarifying job expectations, monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing achievements, while promoting alignment with our organizational Commitments. - Monitor and oversee patient engagement, quality initiatives, and patient safety for the surgical environment, leveraging regulatory knowledge and organizational policies to drive continuous improvement and achieve defined surgical outcomes. - Coordinate and manage operating systems, operational standardization, service standards, and communication methods to align with system-wide policies and processes, ensuring efficient and effective unit operations. - Assure the highest level of understanding, awareness, and compliance with all applicable Joint Commission, AORN, federal, state, agency laws, regulations, guidelines, and professional standards for perioperative nursing. We'll put each as
- .

We'll list as
- each.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree (MSN, MHA, or MBA)
- Experience: Minimum five years of progressive work experience, with at least two years of management experience in an Operating Room/Surgical Services environment is preferred.
- Certifications: Specialty Certificate related to this role (e.g., CNOR) encouraged.
We could include these under same Requirements section or separate Qualifications. Since we have both Required and Preferred, maybe we make a
Qualifications
and inside we have two sub-lists: Required and Preferred. But we cannot add extra headings beyond allowed list? The instruction: "Usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive list? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings only. But we can still use other headings if they are meaningful? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are the allowed headings. It also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should stick to those headings. Thus we need to map content to those headings. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications, Competencies under Skills. Thus: -
About the role
(summary + Where You'll Work maybe) -Responsibilities
-Requirements
(education, experience, licensure, certifications) -Qualifications
(maybe preferred qualifications) -Skills
(competencies) -Benefits
(sign-on bonus, relocation) -Pay
(pay range) We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: include Where You'll Work details somewhere. Could add to About the role paragraph after summary. Let's craft About the role paragraph: combine the summary and the "Where You'll Work" description. Where You'll Work text: "Since 1885, CHI St. Alexius Health has been dedicated to leading health care in this region by enriching the lives of patients through the highest quality of care. We seek to continue our tradition of success and innovation with individuals dedicated to delivering the highest level of expertise and quality. Together we can continue to grow and support the legacy of CHI St. Alexius Health for many years to come. CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota. CHI St. Alexius Health is part of CommonSpirit Health, a nonprofit, Catholic health system dedicated to advancing health for all people. It was created in February 2019 through the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives and Dignity Health. CommonSpirit Health is committed to creating healthier communities, delivering exceptional patient care, and ensuring every person has access to quality health care." We'll include that as prose after the summary. Now Benefits: "THIS JOB OFFERS BOTH AN INCENTIVE AND RELOCATION:* We are offering a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements." We'll put that asunder Benefits. Now Pay: "$45.49 - $65.55 /hour" Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not using. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's construct:
