Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: Completion of Vocational Nursing Program or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum Work Experience: Required
• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Vocational Nurse, licensed in the state of Texas

• Knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies
• Thorough knowledge of planning, scheduling, coordinating, and establishing goals and priorities for nursing and support staff in a health care setting
• Knowledge in conflict resolution

• Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures
• Skill in problem solving
• Skill in verbal and written communication
• Skill in speaking engagements and other activities that raise awareness to diseases and disease processes
