Clinical Coord, RN

About the role

The RN Clinical Coordinator works collaboratively with the Service Line Director and Unit Manager to oversee daily departmental operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This position involves managing clinical nursing practices, patient care delivery, and resource allocation. The coordinator also fosters interdisciplinary relationships and supports the organization's vision and mission.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage clinical nursing practices during the shift
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
• Resolve issues and foster collaborative relationships within the department and organization
• Model commitment to the organization's vision and values
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
• Work effectively with hospital and medical staff, patients, and their families

Requirements

• Current California RN License
• Current BLS provider card through American Heart Association
• Two (2) years current acute care nursing experience
• One (1) year progressive charge nurse experience

Qualifications

• AA degree, Bachelor’s/Master’s preferred
• Member in professional organization preferred

Pay

$49.90 to $79.84 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours long, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays.
