Clinical Nurse Weekend Option Bonus Eligible

Role Overview This position provides direct patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment, supporting Pods 1, 2, 3, and 5, with responsibilities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications.Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.Support a safe environment and maintain alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications And Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; RN license required.Six months to two years of recent OR or related experience preferred.Ability to work in a team, excellent critical thinking skills, and commitment to professional development.No call requirement; holiday coverage may be scheduled on weekends or weekdays.
