Clinical Nurse Supervisor - Endoscopy

Position Summary

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor assists with planning, supervising, assessing, and providing nursing care in accordance with the hospital and department policies and procedures. This role includes staying informed and actively participating in productivity, quality outcome measures, patient experience, and employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing feedback for staff

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience working in an acute care or Outpatient Endoscopy Center
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Exhibit excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must have charge nurse or equivalent leadership/supervisor experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required
• State of California RN license required
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required
• ACLS, PALS certifications required
