Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Annual salary of $85,000

About the role

The role combines clinical expertise with team management, supporting Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and direct care team members in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and oversight to nursing staff
• Ensure high quality, patient centered care across assigned programs or regions in accordance with 245d regulations
• Travel and conduct program site visits throughout the metro

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
• Knowledge of 245D regulations and person-centered care principles
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• CPR certification and familiarity with EMR systems
• Experience in older adults, individuals with identified needs, and / or mental health preferred
• Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standards
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, changing environments
