About the role

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Inpatient Neurology is responsible for providing expert clinical care, leading interdisciplinary teams, and participating in research activities. This position requires a strong background in neurology nursing and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care to patients with neurological disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct research studies related to neurology nursing practices.
• Train and mentor other nursing staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in Neurology.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 3 years of experience in Neurology nursing.
• Experience in clinical leadership and team management.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually.

Schedule
