About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) collaborates to enhance patient care quality and outcomes within a designated population or specialty. They serve as a leader across patient, nursing practice, and organizational levels, actively participating in nursing leadership teams. This role requires flexibility to meet patient needs and workload demands.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing with a CNS focus; DNP preferred.
• Experience as a CNS is advantageous.
• Current RN license and APRN/CNS certification per state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from recognized providers.
• Ability to adapt schedule to meet patient and workload needs.
