Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve patient care and promote positive outcomes.
- Act as a leader within clinical and organizational spheres.
- Participate in nursing leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Support evidence-based practice and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing with a CNS focus; DNP preferred.
- Experience as a CNS is advantageous.
- Current RN license and APRN/CNS certification per state requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from recognized providers.
- Ability to adapt schedule to meet patient and workload needs.
