About the Role

The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards. They promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management and post-treatment needs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Implement and modify care plans based on patient responses.
• Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Licensure: Must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
