Clinical Nurse - PRN

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Develops and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. The position is safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications Nursing diploma/associate's degree, valid RN license, with preferred bachelor’s degree and two years of experience.
