Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an emergency setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans, coordinating across the care continuum and with the interprofessional team.Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.Works in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices. Qualifications Educational Requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.Licenses & Certifications: RN license required.
