About the Role

Provides direct patient care for pediatric or ICU patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, participating in professional development.
• Develops and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, communicating across care settings.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Maintains alertness and safety awareness as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• No experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred.
