Clinical Nurse - PACU (Part-Time/Full-Time)

About the role

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; RN licensure required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Critical care or procedural experience is advantageous.
