PACU - Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

About the role

Provides direct patient care in a post-anesthesia setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards. The role involves promoting patient- and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their health, and ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and barriers to involvement in care.

Qualifications
