Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Infusion

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in an outpatient setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-care needs, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.

Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• ADN, BSN, or MSN preferred
• Less than 2 years of experience preferred
• Infusion experience is a plus
