Role Overview
Seeking Registered Nurses to join a collaborative team in a specialized inpatient unit focusing on Orthopedic, Spine, Urological, and Plastic Surgery patients. The role involves providing direct patient care, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Nurses will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on post-treatment management, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. Developing and documenting individualized care plans, communicating across care teams, and assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and patient preferences are key responsibilities. This position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree
- RN licensure
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree advantageous
