Role Overview

Provides direct patient care within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Contributes to a safe environment with an emphasis on alertness and safety as a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses: Current RN license required.
• Experience: No minimum experience required; 2+ years preferred.
