About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment, supporting complex procedures such as trauma, orthopedics, plastics, and reconstructive surgery.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team and family.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication management, and injury recovery.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and cultural needs.
• Utilize critical thinking to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Participate in professional development and team activities.

Requirements

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recent experience in related fields preferred; no experience necessary for entry.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
