Clinical Nurse Manager, Wound Care Center

Southcoast Health is searching for a talented Nurse Manager for the Wound Care Center at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA. Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center including direction, supervision and coordination of staff, supplies, scheduling, patient care service delivery, patient care assessment, care planning, and implementation
• Manage performance review process, daily operations, department staff scheduling, fiscal planning, staff education, and performance improvement efforts
• Provide education related to wound care management to staff, patients and caregivers
• Work in collaboration with the Medical Director to meet Wound Center objectives and identify and implement improvement programs to ensure quality patient care outcomes
• Perform job responsibilities in accordance with all Healogics policies and standard work, Hospital policies, accrediting organizations, and federal and state regulations as applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge or experience
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in wound care
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, decision-making, organization, time management, team building, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and related database programs
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt by signing a statement certifying choice to be exempt

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine outpatient setting
• Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse Certification (WOCN) or Wound Certification
• Previous attendance at Healogics Nurse Course in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, or training must be completed within 4 months of hire
• Clinical Nurse Manager onboarding course must be completed within 6 months of hire (may require attendance at Healogics corporate office in Jacksonville, FL and/or online training modules)

Pay

Pay range: USD $103,729.60 - USD $192,670.40 per year. Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
