Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) - Ambulatory Care
About the role
The Clinical Nurse Manager – Ambulatory Care provides leadership and oversight for all operational and clinical aspects of the ambulatory care department. This role is responsible for supervising clinical services, managing staffing needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. The Clinical Nurse Manager coordinates and optimizes clinical workflows to promote efficiency, effectiveness, and comprehensive care across practice locations.

- Support the growth of outpatient services by improving patient flow, strengthening referral processes, and maximizing provider and staff productivity
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Experience: Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
