Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication, and injury management.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe environment and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure.
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and care.
