About the role
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager coordinates the clinical workflow to provide the most efficient, effective, safe, and comprehensive patient care. The role involves working with physicians, midlevel providers, and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, improve the referral process, optimize patient flow, and maximize productivity at each practice location.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all operational aspects of the clinical department.
- Coordinate clinical workflow to ensure efficient, effective, safe, and comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, midlevel providers, and clinical staff to increase outpatient service volume.
- Improve the referral process and patient flow.
- Maximize productivity at each practice location.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current State of Maine RN license required.
- Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Five years of experience in the nursing field required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $104,956.80 to $141,980.80 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
