Clinical Nurse Manager - Ortho Spine Institute Operating Room - Days

Hourly Pay Range: $48.93 - $75.84 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

About the Role

This full-time position is located in Skokie, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, including 27/4 department responsibility.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour accountability and responsibility for professional nursing practice in assigned clinical areas.
• Oversee professional development and education of staff.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage fiscal and human resources for the department.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.
• Create an environment that promotes customer loyalty for patients, families, physicians, and employees.

Requirements

• BSN (MSN preferred).
• Current IL RN License.
• CPR BLS certification through AHA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an appropriate clinical setting.
• Previous management experience preferred.
