Clinical Nurse Manager - Orthopedic Surgery - Days

Position: Registered Nurse with clinical and leadership responsibilities. Location: Skokie. Hours: Full-time, 8a to 5p, Monday to Friday. Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees 24-hour accountability for nursing practice, staff development, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance within their assigned clinical areas. They foster an environment that promotes customer loyalty among patients, families, physicians, and staff. Qualifications: BSN required, MSN preferred. Valid IL RN license and BLS/CPR certification through AHA. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, with previous management experience preferred. Skills: Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and competency in caring for all patient age groups specific to the specialty.
