Full-time, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Oversee professional nursing practice, staff development, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance within assigned clinical areas
- Manage departmental resources
- Foster an environment that promotes customer loyalty among patients, families, physicians, and staff
Requirements
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Valid IL RN license
- CPR/BLS certification through AHA
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Management experience is a plus

- Demonstrate competency in caring for all patient age groups relevant to the specialty
