Clinical Nurse Manager
About the role
The leadership team at the Belford Hospital is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to join their small friendly team. You will be working as an integral part of the Senior Management Team and take part in the on-call rota.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional clinical leadership and develop practices within the Belford Hospital.
- Lead and manage a diverse and motivated nursing team.
- Influence and develop services through the redesign of the Belford Hospital and develop a sustainable model for the future.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in clinical leadership and management.
- Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:
- BSc (Hons) Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP).
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
