About the role
The Clinical Coordinator (CC)/Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) plays a crucial role in managing wound care centers, ensuring optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction. This position collaborates closely with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provides case management to a group of patients, conducting assessments and implementing care plans according to protocols and procedures.
- Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities, overseeing clinical staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Technicians.
- Collaborates with other healthcare providers and hospital personnel to address clinical and patient needs.
- Engages in staff development, offering both general and individual instruction and orientation.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and Healogics policies.
- Coordinates Vein Care services if applicable, and assists in providing care after completing Healogics training.
- Works with Program Director and Medical Director to achieve quality indicators and budgetary goals.
- Performs documentation as a scribe and acts as a chamber operator or emergency chamber operator after completing required training.
- Manages patient care based on center staffing needs, performing other duties as required.
Requirements
- Current RN license required.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum requirement, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- One year RN experience required, two years preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Wound care certification preferred.

- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
Skills
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- Knowledge of hospital databases and web-based systems.
Benefits
Salary range: $83,000.00 - $111,900.00 Annually. This range is based on potential qualifications, including education, experience, geography, and operational needs, as well as other considerations permitted by law.

Schedule
Normal office environment with occasional patient care visits.
