We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from "Your Role on the Team Position Summary"? Actually "Your Role on the Team" includes Position Summary. Could treat as "About the role". Then Responsibilities (maybe from description of duties). Requirements (maybe required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred). Skills (maybe not explicit). Benefits (Total Rewards). Pay (not present, so omit). Schedule (not present, but maybe shift info: "Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays" could be schedule? It's about shift availability, but not explicit schedule. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits is stated: "We offer a wealth of benefits..." So we can include Benefits. Schedule: not explicit schedule like "full-time" etc. It mentions variable shifts, but not a schedule description. Might be considered schedule info? It says "Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays". That's more a requirement than schedule. I'd not create Schedule section. We need headings:

for each section. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove closing statement about equal opportunity, accommodations, etc. Also remove "Conditions Of Employment" maybe? That's substantive? It includes background check etc. Might be considered conditions of employment, but not a required section heading? Could be included under maybe "Requirements"? But it's separate. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Conditions of employment is specific content. Could make a section "Conditions of Employment". But we only have predefined headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should limit to those headings. Conditions of employment could go under Requirements? Might be considered part of Requirements. But we can also not create a new heading. Probably we should incorporate conditions into Requirements or maybe omit? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine conditions into Requirements. We need to include all substantive info: Who We Are (maybe About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is about organization, not role. Could be part of About the role? Might be better to include as a brief intro paragraph before sections? The instruction: output only HTML fragment, no extra. We can include a

for the "Who We Are" paragraph as introductory text before headings. That's allowed. Then Position Summary: could be under About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties: "oversees clinical functions... coordinates patient care activities... provides break relief coverage... troubleshoots and resolves issues... functions as a role model and clinical resource..." We can make a

list. Requirements: Required Qualifications bullet list (the long list). Also "Minimum of five years recent acute care RN experience with four years working in a step-down or ICU level of care environment", "Complete understanding of patient classification system & staffing requirements for the patient population", "All external candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing", "Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays", "Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English", "ANCC recognized RN certification uniquely applicable to this specific unit". Also maybe "Leadership of a project team..." etc. That's part of required qualifications list. Preferred Qualifications: list: "Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements", "Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families", "Bachelor of Science in Nursing" (but that's already required? Actually required says external candidates must have BSN; preferred also BSN? Might be duplicate but we keep). Also "Licenses And Certifications": Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Education: maybe not separate. Total Rewards: benefits paragraph. We need to avoid boilerplate like "Please utilize the links listed here to learn more about our compensation practices and benefits." That's part of benefits but maybe we keep the sentence? It's not boilerplate; it's instruction to use links. Might be okay but could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly application instruction. It's about benefits. We'll keep. We must not include "Conditions Of Employment" details like background check etc. Could be considered part of Requirements? Might be okay to include as a list under Requirements? But it's not a qualification; it's condition. Might be better to omit? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could add a section "Requirements" and include those conditions as list items. But they are not qualifications per se. However we can still include them under Requirements as they are requirements for employment. Thus Requirements section will contain two sub-lists: Required Qualifications and Conditions of Employment? Might be messy. Alternative: Create a section "Requirements" for qualifications, and another section "Conditions" not allowed headings. So we must fit into allowed headings. Could put conditions under Requirements as well. Thus Requirements will include: Required Qualifications (list), Minimum experience, BSN, shift ability, language ability, certification, plus Conditions of Employment (background check, etc). We'll list them all as
    • . Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications heading? Actually we have Qualifications heading separate from Requirements. So we can put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Skills heading: maybe not needed; we could omit if no specific skills beyond those listed. Could combine skills into Requirements/Qualifications. But we could create Skills heading and list skills like leadership, communication, etc. However we already have those in qualifications. Might be thin. Better to omit Skills if not explicit. Thus sections: About the role (includes Who We Are and Position Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure no empty sections. Let's draft:

Check for any boilerplate: The "Please utilize the links..." is okay. No EEO etc. We removed "Conditions Of Employment" heading, but we included its content under Requirements. We didn't include Pay or Schedule sections. We didn't repeat job title. We preserved all substantive info: Who We Are, Position Summary, responsibilities, required qualifications (including leadership points list, experience, BSN, shift ability, language, certification), preferred qualifications, licenses/certs, benefits. We omitted the link to qualifications list (https://www.ucihealth.org/hr/talent-acquisition) maybe? That's a reference to a complete list; we could keep as a note but it's a link; maybe we should keep as part of Required Qualifications? It says "A complete list of qualifications can be found at https://www.ucihealth.org/hr/talent-acquisition". That's a reference; we could include as a note. It's substantive? It's a pointer; maybe we can include as a

after the list. But it's not a qualification itself. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a reference. I'd include it as a

under Requirements: "For a complete list of qualifications, see https://www.ucihealth.org/hr/talent-acquisition." Similarly, there is a link for conditions of employment: "Details of each policy may be reviewed by visiting
