This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications.

• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Licensure: RN license required.
• Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
