Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards.

- Educate patients on managing their health.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree (required).
- RN licensure (required).
- No prior experience required; bachelor’s degree and less than two years of experience preferred.
