Discover Float Pool Nursing at New York’s #1 Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse I RN on the Stepdown Unit (Full‑time, Nights) you will float across multiple world‑renowned specialties within the Critical Care Unit Without Walls at NewYork‑Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. You’ll partner with top specialists, share in clinical decision‑making, and work in an environment that embraces, supports, and respects Critical Care Nurses while delivering hope and healing to patients from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, CTICU, CCU, and Neuro ICU
• Provide compassionate, high‑quality patient care across diverse specialties
• Partner with top specialists and participate in shared clinical decision‑making
• Contribute to an inspirational leadership culture and unit practice council activities
• Maintain professional practice standards and engage in continuous learning

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of ICU RN experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN licensure
• BCLS and ACLS certification

Qualifications

• CCRN Certification (preferred)

Pay

Salary Range: $129,681 – $141,006 per annum
