About the role

Provides direct pediatric patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care
• Educates patients and families on illness management
• Ensures safety and quality compliance
• Develops and documents individualized care plans
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
• Communicates care across teams

Requirements

Requires an active RN license and a nursing diploma or associate degree. No prior experience is required.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Less than two years of nursing experience
